Virtual Organizing Service
JLB Simplify's Virtual Organizing Service is a time and cost effective way to get help from our trained professional organizers. This service is designed for those who feel capable of doing the physical aspects of organizing but would prefer the guidance of a trained professional organizer to help walk them through the steps of completing their organizing project.
This service is available nationwide and is not limited to the Kansas City area like our on-site organizing services are.
How the Virtual Organizing Service Works
The Virtual Organizing Service starts with a FREE 10 MINUTE phone consultation with one of our lead professional organizers. During the consultation we will help determine which service package and length of session would be most beneficial for their specific needs.
Once you are ready to book your Virtual Organizing Session we will require a non-refundable $25 deposit which can be paid over the phone or via an email invoice. The deposit will be deducted from your final invoice. We do allow for you to reschedule your session a maximum of 2 times using the initial deposit.
A few days prior to your Virtual Organizing Session we will email you any additional information that will be helpful during your session. This could include a list of supplies to have on hand, instructions on how to install the Google Duo app used for the virtual session, or anything else that will help you be prepared for your session.
The remaining balance will be due at the end of the session. It can be paid over the phone with the professional organizer or we can email you an invoice which will need to be paid by close of day.

Virtual Organizing Packages
BASIC PACKAGE: Includes face-to-face time with a trained JLB Simplify professional organizer who will help you get started on your organizing project, figure out where you are struggling, and give you the tips and guidance you need to tackle those overwhelming organizing projects.
PREMIUM PACKAGE: Includes the same face-to-face time with a trained JLB Simplify professional organizer offered in the Basic Package as well as providing a Detailed Follow Up Email to ensure your success in completing your organizing project. This email will provide a recap of what was discussed during the session, any goals set, an Action Plan for the client to follow, links to any specific organizing products discussed, and any other relevant information covered during the session or information the professional organizer feels will help during the organizing process. The emails will be tailored specifically for each client and client's are welcome to make special request regarding any thing they might want help researching or understanding (as long as it pertains to the organizing session).

Virtual Organizing Maintenance Service
The Virtual Organizing Maintenance Service is available to all established JLB Simplify Clients. Even clients who have used our on-site organizing service are able to take advantage of this amazing new service. For any clients who want to run an idea or issue by one of the trained JLB Simplify professional organizers or would like advice on which products to purchase, they can now utilize our Virtual Organizing Maintenance Service to get help from a trained JLB Simplify professional organizers. There is no minimum time commitment, all sessions will be billed at $1 a minute for however long the call last. We do still require these sessions to be scheduled so we can insure a professional organizer is ready to give each client their full attention. If the client would like a follow up email recapping what was discussed during the session, links to products, or any other specific information there will be a flat fee of $20 for this additional service. Virtual Organizing Maintenance Service will not require a deposit but payment will still be due at the end of the session or paid via an emailed invoice on the day of the session.
*Billing will be calculated by rounding down if the seconds into the call are less than 29 and rounding up to the next minute if the seconds into the call are 30 seconds or more.
